Overall a decent rangefinder for the price. Limitation included only a 4 times (top models are 7x) optical scope and user reviews complained that the case was poorly constructed.

This is a budget rangefinder that happens to include the premium PinSeeker technology, which comes on Bushnell’s higher priced models.

On the plus side for this rangefinder are that it is tournament legal, smaller and less expensive than Bushnell’s other rangefinders.

On the negative side is the 4x magnification of the scope, compared to 7x for more advanced models. This could make targeting pins and hazards more difficult from long range.

The poor quality of the carrying case was mentioned on several reviews.

Verdict:

The Bushnell Medalist best feature is it’s budget price and Pinseeker flag targeting. If you have an ultra steady hand and good quality eyes, this laser rangefinder may be a bargain.
